This program is directed towards the professional who wants to be on the edge of technology in the area of information systems and a successful player in today’s highly competitive industry. Almost all of the companies in the world use Microsoft as the principal player in the flow of information at their respective institutions. The Microsoft Computer Systems Specialist trains individuals with the knowledge and skills to implement technology solutions for all the needs of today’s changing business from the simplest to the most complex situations.

With this program, the student will gain the skills to develop from a simple written Word document to the most extensive and professional one.

Also, the student will be trained to make from simple to complex Excel worksheets, including complex mathematical formula programming, integration of various worksheets and web publishing. The latest skills and techniques for oral presentations will be acquired with PowerPoint training. All of the companies have a database to manipulate all the information flow and storage. Comprehensive database training with Access will set the student apart from the crowd, and will help develop skills like development and design of simple databases to more complex ones where the information is managed through the web. Also, every company needs a system to organize messages, calendar activities, contact list, to do lists and Outlook is the ideal program to do this work. The student will develop advanced skills by using this program to configure and develop an effective system to organize everything at office level. The students will also be trained with FrontPage as a tool to develop, design and maintain web pages, which is today’s most important information traffic place.

The Microsoft Computer System Specialist program is an innovative effort directed to the integration of all the technologic elements of Microsoft Office and implementation into web pages, which is the future of informatics. Upon successful completion of the Microsoft® Computer System Specialist program, the student will be well prepared having acquired the knowledge and developed the skills necessary to take and approve the Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) certification exams. Thus, the student will be able to meet the requirements when in a job quest and moreover to fulfill the needs of his/her prospect employer as a Microsoft® Computer Systems Specialist. In addition, in this program the student will learn to create web pages in which all other Microsoft® Office® application programs will combine to publish them in the web.
